Voicex SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Voicex text-to-shop messaging program. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program description
The Voicex SMS program (the “Program”) is operated by Voicex LLC (“Voicex,” “we,” “us”). When you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Voicex:
- Conversational shopping replies — product photos, prices, descriptions, and answers to your questions, in response to messages you send us.
- Account notifications — order confirmations, shipping & tracking updates, delivery notifications, and other transactional messages tied to your activity.
- Marketing & promotional offers — new product alerts, sales, and other promotional content.
2. How to opt in
You may opt in to receive Voicex texts in any of the following ways:
- Submit the SMS sign-up form at voicexservice.com/SmsSignup with the consent checkbox checked.
- Text the keyword START, SHOP, or OPTIN to 1 (845) 422-4025.
- If you previously opted out, reply UNSTOP, START, or OPTIN to that same number to re-enroll.
Opting in is voluntary. You are not required to opt in to use the Voicex website or to make a purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, your saved preferences, and current promotions. Conversational replies are sent only in response to messages you send us. Account notifications are sent only when relevant events occur on your account. Marketing messages are sent no more often than is reasonable for the program.
4. Cost
Voicex does not charge a fee for participating in the Program. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan’s rates.
5. Supported wireless carriers
The Program is supported on major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most regional and MVNO carriers operating in the United States. Voicex is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP at any time to receive a message containing our brand name, a description of the program, our support contact information, and instructions for opting out. You can also email sam@voicexservice.com or call us at 1 (845) 422-4025.
7. How to opt out
You can stop receiving Voicex texts at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END. We will send a single confirmation message that your subscription has ended, and we will not send you any further messages unless you re-opt in.
To stop only marketing & promotional messages while continuing to receive conversational replies and account notifications, reply STOP-OFFERS.

We will not share your phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent status with third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering the Voicex messaging service. We may share information with vendors who help us deliver text messages (for example, our messaging service provider, our payment processor, and our shipping carriers) strictly for the purpose of providing the Program to you. 10. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the mobile phone number you submit. The Program is available only to mobile phone numbers in the United States. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number you provide.
11. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at voicexservice.com/SmsTerms, and the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If we make a material change to the Program (for example, a new type of message), we will notify active subscribers and provide an opportunity to opt out before the change takes effect.
