Voicex Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Voicex LLC collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about your information. We have organized it for clarity and we keep it up to date.
We do not share your phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent status with third parties, except as required by law or as part of our services to deliver messages securely and efficiently. Information sharing categories described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — that information is never shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering the Voicex SMS program. See “How we share information” below.
1. Who we are
Voicex LLC (“Voicex,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates a text-message shopping service available through the website at voicexservice.com and through SMS at 1 (845) 422-4025.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact information — name, email address, mobile phone number, and shipping address (when you sign up, place an order, or contact support).
- SMS opt-in records — the date, time, source, and (for web sign-ups) the IP address at which you opted in to the SMS program, plus the consent text you agreed to.
- Order & account information — products you browse, search for, ask about, save, or purchase; messages you exchange with our SMS bot or our agents; saved preferences (e.g., size, category).
- Customer-support messages — the content of messages you send us through SMS, email, or any other channel.
Information we collect automatically
- Device & usage data — browser type, device type, operating system, IP address, pages viewed on our website, links clicked, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies — we use cookies for essential site function (e.g., session and security), analytics, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Information we receive from third parties
- Payment processors — when you complete a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe or Square) tells us whether the transaction succeeded and gives us a tokenized reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Shipping carriers — tracking and delivery status updates for orders.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the Voicex shopping service — respond to your messages, process orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and provide customer support.
- Send the categories of SMS messages you opted in to receive, as described in our SMS Terms.
- Improve the service, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. How we share information
Service providers (limited and only for delivering Voicex)
We share information with vendors who help us run the service, strictly for that purpose:
- Our SMS messaging service provider (to deliver and receive text messages on our behalf).
- Our payment processor — Stripe or Square — for secure checkout.
- Our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for delivery.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics provider, and customer-support tools.
These vendors are contractually required to use the information only to provide their services to Voicex and not for their own purposes.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in: never shared for unrelated purposes
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, your SMS opt-in status, or your SMS consent status with any third party for marketing or any other purpose unrelated to delivering the Voicex messaging service. Any sharing described elsewhere in this Policy excludes these categories.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or valid legal process; to protect the safety, rights, or property of Voicex, our customers, or the public; or to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
Business transfers
If Voicex is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The acquirer will be required to honor this Privacy Policy unless and until you are notified of changes.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never traverses or is stored on Voicex servers in raw form. No system is perfectly secure; if you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately.
6. Your choices and rights
- Stop receiving texts — reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any Voicex SMS at any time. See the SMS Terms for details.
- Access, correct, or delete your information — email us at sam@voicexservice.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and free of charge.
- State-specific rights — residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain data processing, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. - Cookies — you can disable or limit cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, or as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS opt-in records are retained for at least the period required by applicable law and by our messaging service provider’s policies.
8. Children
Voicex is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at sam@voicexservice.com and we will delete it.
9. International users
Voicex operates in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at voicexservice.com/PrivacyPolicy, and the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the website before the change takes effect.
